Oakio WPC Lighting Board is made from 55% recycled oak wood fiber, 35% high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and 10% additives. The combination of natural wood texture and durable composite materials provides a long-lasting, low-maintenance lighting solution for outdoor applications.
How does the fiber optic lighting system work?
The fiber optic system uses a remote-controlled light engine to transmit light through optical fibers embedded in the board. It requires no bulbs or electrical current through the fibers, providing a safe, energy-efficient, and low-maintenance lighting solution.
Is the optical fiber weather-resistant?
Yes. Oakio uses high-quality Japanese-made optical fibers designed for indoor and outdoor applications. They are resistant to temperatures from -50°C to +70°C and do not conduct electricity, making them suitable for rain, snow, ice, and sunlight exposure.
